Men

It’s time for a change in the way we are as men, and that change requires leaders. For coaches, trainers, mentors, teachers and corporate leaders, our immersive leadership training gives men the confidence and skills to drive change and to create a culture of support and accountability in their workplaces, communites and families.

There’s a whole community of blokes across Australia who are leading the conversation on healthy masculinity in homes, sports clubs, schools, universities, workplaces and communities. We need men who care to join us.

Schools

In every school we’ve ever worked with, there’s a significant gap between the character traits that boys aspire to, and the reality of their wellbeing and behaviour. As resilience declines and behavioural issues worsen, schools are shouldering an increasing burden of responsibility for boys’ wellbeing.

Young men are crying out for honest conversations about healthy masculintry. Our ‘Better Conversations with Boys’ program makes it easy for educators to guide them.

Our current culture of masculinity is not working. There’s a massive number of men who aren’t getting the support they need because they don’t know how to ask for help, and there’s a lot of women in workplaces who don’t feel valued, equal or even safe. What many people don’t realise is that our culture of masculinity plays a significant part in both of these issues.

Never before have we seen such a palpable appetite for conversations about healthy masculinity but, despite this groundswell of enthusiasm, we still lack places to explore these topics with the type of real honesty that leads to practical solutions.

A profound change in the way I think and feel about being a man, a leader, a dad, a husband, a son, a friend and a bloke.
